The waves are actually breaking up over the wall, as the wind comes from the East for now, bringing rain and strong winds later tonight and tomorrow, though today is supposed to be partly sunny. We are hanging pictures in the living room today, finishing up our living room and dining room. It's nice to have our house back in order. We will probably do the TV room when we return from our Western trip.

Our carpet purchase seems to be on hold as we getting tired of making decisions, nothing really wows us yet, and we have decided to get a new septic system, which is going to put quite a dent in our check book. It's something that wil make life easier for all of us when we have lots of people her during the summers and needs to be done anyways. So, we are planning on this happening in early June, so when the families arrive in late July, our yard will have recovered enough to enjoy it.

I hope we can now get back in our routine or walking or working out everyday. That's been impossible to do the last week as we have been busy painting. Enough for now!
Pictures are hung, copper is polished, yard's cleaned up, the puddles are beginning to disappear and it's supposed to rain tomorrow, imagine that. It's Parmesan crusted chicken cutlers for dinner, a good choice, and I think Evie's going to make me my favorite cookies, called Tate's chocolate chip cookies. I am sure they are filled with sugar, butter, chocolate and salt but they are delicious. I will eat them on at a time, show some discipline.
